Iron Maidens returns for its third season, giving girls in the Pittsburgh area the opportunity to develop their game through the fast-paced environment of box lacrosse.
Box provides more touches, less space, and quicker decisions, helping players build skills that translate directly to the field game.

Why Box Lacrosse?
Box lacrosse challenges athletes to play faster, protect the ball in tight spaces, and make decisions under pressure. Training focuses on developing:

New to Box? Try the First Practice Free
If your player has never played box lacrosse before, she is invited to attend our first Iron Maidens practice free on Monday, September 28.
Families should complete the trial registration before attending so we have a waiver on file and can plan appropriately for attendance and equipment needs.
Players who do not have box equipment may borrow equipment at no cost for the trial session.
